Thinking RED potatoes?
Think the RED River Valley.

The Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota is unique for raising potatoes.  The black loam soil is some of the most fertile ground on Earth.  Fed by prairie rains rather than irrigation, Red River Valley Potatoes truly have “Nature’s Flavor.”
